- 2 cups Ripple Pea Protein Milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- .12 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add ripple pea protein milk to a saucepan. Add spices to the milk and whisk mixture over medium heat until spices dissolve. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour turmeric tea into two mugs and add sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
