- 2 Cup Ripple Pea Protein Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Ginger Powder
- .12 Teaspoon (tsp) Ground Black Pepper
- Add ripple pea protein milk to a saucepan. Add spices to the milk and whisk mixture over medium heat until spices dissolve. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour turmeric tea into two mugs and add sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
