  • 2 Cup Ripple Pea Protein Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) Ginger Powder
  • .12 Teaspoon (tsp) Ground Black Pepper


  1. Add ripple pea protein milk to a saucepan. Add spices to the milk and whisk mixture over medium heat until spices dissolve. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour turmeric tea into two mugs and add sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
